BOOKING
All bookings require a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice. Your booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation, following the successful payment of the deposit. Any delay in payment will automatically and unilaterally result in the cancellation of the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. In the case of a late booking, the total amount is payable upon reservation. Our prices include the rental of the accommodation with utilities (water, electricity, heating) included.
Accommodation prices do not include the tourist tax, optional extras, or the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee. These can be paid along with your balance (by D-30) or upon arrival.
Accommodation is limited to the number of persons indicated at the time of booking and cannot be occupied by more people without prior agreement.
PAYMENT METHODS
To confirm your booking, the deposit may be paid by bank transfer, cheque with a copy of valid ID, valid holiday vouchers (not all our establishments accept cheques, please confirm with the booking office), or credit card via a secure link (available on request).
To pay for additional services on site, tourist taxes, etc., accepted payment methods include: cash (euros only), cheques, holiday vouchers (subject to acceptance by the residence), and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue).
By paying directly on our website with a bank card, you consent to us charging your card for any amounts due (balance at D-30 and security deposit).
Please note: American Express cards are not accepted. The credit card used for booking, along with valid ID, may be requested upon arrival. Failing this, access to your accommodation may be denied.
SERVICES
Included in the accommodation price: bed linen, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels (excluding aquatic areas), cable TV, ski locker with boot dryer (not available in all establishments—please check with the booking office), access to the wellness area (not available in all establishments—please check), one indoor or outdoor parking space per apartment (not guaranteed in all establishments—please check), Wi-Fi access (subject to operational availability in the resort). Malfunction of one or more of these services will not result in a refund.

Events considered force majeure include those recognised by French jurisprudence.
Neither party shall be held liable in case of failure to fulfil their obligations due to an event of force majeure. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the fulfilment of mutual obligations, and each party shall bear the resulting costs.
